I led the charge on designing Rewiring America's annual week-long retreats. Working closely with executive leadership, we used each event to translate strategic priorities into immersive, multi-day experiences that strengthened alignment, trust, and connection.
Every detail — from content design to surprise moments (like a surprise brass band at our final party!) — reinforced clarity of mission, shared purpose, and the deLIGHTful spirit of Rewiring America's culture.
