Rewiring America Annual Retreat
When your entire team works remotely, the annual retreat isn't a nice-to-have. It's the heartbeat of your team culture.
I designed and led annual week-long retreats for the home electrification nonprofit Rewiring America, a fully remote nonprofit organization with more than 100 employees in 15 states. Working closely with executive leadership, I planned each event to translate strategic priorities into immersive, multi-day experiences that strengthened alignment, reinforced trust, and catalyzed connection.
Every detail — from content design to surprise moments (like a surprise mariachi band at our final party!) — reinforced clarity of mission, shared purpose, and the delightful spirit of Rewiring America's culture.
